Penguin Plunge 2023 marked the 20th anniversary of this exhilarating start to the New Year with several of the “Original Penguins” from the 1st Penguin Plunge attending! A mild Air Temperature of 68*F and Water Temperature of 55*F greeted 841 Penguins who raised over $13,000.00 for the two local Carteret County Charities. Thanks to the sponsors, volunteers, and penguins for making the 2023 Penguin Plunge a record-breaking success!!
